
IWD 2025 - Official Contest Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY- Contest is open to legal residents aged 18 and older - Must have a valid public social media account on at least one platform (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
2. ENTRY PERIOD- Contest begins February 18, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST - Ends March 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST - Winners announced March 12, 2025.
3. HOW TO ENTER- Earn one (1) entry for each platform where you follow BeyondBounds: • Instagram (@gobeyondboundsorg) • Facebook (BeyondBounds) • LinkedIn (BeyondBounds)- Earn one (1) bonus entry for tagging 1 friend in a comment - Maximum of 4 entries per person (3 follows + 1 bonus tag) - Accounts must remain following until winner selection.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
First Prize:- One (1) jewelry set from Jewels 4 Ever - Approximate retail value: $ 1,800 -Non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
Second Prize:- One (1) hour coaching session with Ivan Wanis Ruiz- Must be redeemed within 6 months- Virtual or in-person (Toronto area).
Third Prize:- Two (2) tickets to BeyondBounds IWD event on March 27, 2025 - Transportation not included- Non-transferable.
5. WINNER SELECTION- Winners randomly selected using a digital randomizer - Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries - Winners will be notified via social media direct message - Must respond within 48 hours to claim prize - Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
6. VERIFICATION- BeyondBounds reserves the right to verify eligibility- Entries made with multiple/fake accounts will be disqualified- Must provide valid ID to claim prize.
7. PRIVACY- By entering, participants consent to use of their social media handle for winner announcement- Personal information will only be used for prize fulfillment.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS- BeyondBounds reserves the right to modify or cancel contest- Void where prohibited by law - By participating, entrants agree to these official rules- All decisions by BeyondBounds regarding the contest are final.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY- BeyondBounds is not responsible for: • Technical failures of any kind • Lost, late, or misdirected entries • Inability to access social media platforms.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION- Governed by Canadian law- Any disputes will be resolved in Toronto, Ontario.
